Starting as the exclusive agent for Sundancer Suites Lombok, offering apartments and suites in this beachfront 5-star project, we recognized the changing landscape of property investment in the hospitality and tourism industry. Emphasizing not only financial gains but also prestige and lifestyle, we introduced fractional ownership, attracting more investors seeking unique opportunities in Indonesia and receiving positive feedback in our early days.
2018-2019
Innovating through Hillside Sea View Pool Villas and introducing a sense of ownership for investors
As investor interest & strong tourism plans influenced the resort’s prospects, we collaborated with Sundancer’s Developer to design & co-develop the Hillside Sea View Pool Villas, elevating them to the highest tier and commanding premium rates. This prompted our transition from fractional ownership to villa ownership, offering investors a genuine sense of ownership alongside investment potential.
2020-2021
Expanding into Ubud, Bali: Transforming into a Property Company and Enhancing Customer Care
Over the years, our vision evolved beyond being agents to establishing ourselves as a property company. This vision materialized with our venture in Ubud, Bali, where we specialised in offering villas in luxury resorts, collaborating with a renowned Balinese Architect to develop Khastana Hadi Resort Ubud. This expansion prompted us to strengthen our customer care team, further enhancing our ability to support and serve our owners.

Offering the Royal Garden and Grand 3-Bedroom Pool Villa, we restrategized on its room rates and occupancy by prioritizing design, experience, and guest value in the competitive resort industry. This led to the development of the Royal Garden and Grand 3 Bedroom Pool Villas, offering authentic, differentiated, high-quality experiences.
These developments excited owners and encouraged them to explore diverse holiday experiences. In response, we launched Tiara Hana Concierge to provide an ease for holiday services through a personal and dedicated approach.
